DubLi.com respectfully reserves the right to revoke any auction item from an awardee found violating this policy. Additionally, any awardee found in violation of this policy where an auction item might be revoked, the awardee may be entitled to a partial refund of the auction item but would not be entitled to a refund of credits used during the bid process. Any costs incurred by DubLi.com, as a result of an auction item being revoked, would be deducted from the amount paid for said item, including but not limited to shipping costs, hotel fees, transportation fees and any and all other costs related to the auction item.

Kindly be advised that the number of participants for an adventure and/or travel event being on auction is specific to the number of participants referenced in said auction description as well as listed in the ‘details’ and ‘includes’ sections. Typically participants include the awardee and a single guest. Any additional individuals invited to travel as a result of an awarded auction will be at the individual’s expense which includes but may not be limited to the cost of travel, hotel accommodations, meals and other miscellaneous expenses incurred as a result of same. The additional individual would not be eligible to participate in the specific event of the adventure and/or travel auction. DubLi.com will not be financially responsible for any additional costs not associated with the aforementioned participants. As well, DubLi.com is not responsible for the coordination of transportation including but not limited to flights, cars, taxi, boats or any and all other means of transportation for the additional individual invited by an awardee.
Any adventure and/or travel auction worthy of media attention will be the determination of DubLi.com. In the event that an awardee or an awardee’s guest invites media to an event, kindly be advised that access to the event may be prohibited unless prior approval by DubLi.com is obtained at least two (2) days before said event.
