Customers from around the world are invited to place bids on the Personal Expenses Gift Card auction at the same time.  Each time a customer makes a bid on this auction the current price of this Gift Card is revealed and its price is lowered by .20 Dollars/Euros.  Since there is only one (1) Personal Expenses Gift Card auction taking place at any given time and since literally hundreds and hundreds of customers are all bidding on the same Gift Card, the discount should be quite amazing. 

Successful bidders may use the money to purchase goods and services from thousands of retailers around the world. Here is how it works. If a customer is the successful bidder of this Gift Card auction then they may purchase the Gift Card for the displayed price. Once the customer purchases the card at the discounted price then the full value of the card will be transferred to the customer’s account. For example, if a customer purchases a $200 Gift Card for $150 then his account will be credited $200.  As such, the customer has just received a rebate of $50 by participating in the auction.
