The apartment

The 88.90 square meter apartment is built on two levels. It includes a charming white-tiled bathroom, closed shower cabinet, towel and hair dryer along with a large bedroom on the top level.

The whole apartment, including the stairs and kitchen, is outfitted with dark “Spanish Brown” wood and tiled with matching Italian terracotta tiles.

An open kitchen and living room are found on the first level. One side looks over the first level and the balcony on the other side provides an amazing view over the sea and the mountains. The 12 square meter balcony contains teak and aluminium furniture. The kitchen includes amenities for up to eight people and a refrigerator, range and hood.

Furthermore, the apartment contains an air-conditioner for cooling and heating and a flat-screen cable television. All together there is capacity for six beds: besides the double bed in the bedroom, the flat is provided with a double guest bed and a sofa-bed in the living room.

The Santa Marina area

The apartment is located in the middle of the Santa Marina Residential Village which has many exciting facilities: for example, a gigantic pool area adjacent to the finest sandy beach and its clear water, spa baths, restaurants, shopping, fitness and a 24-hour concierge.

The Santa Marina Residential Village was completed in 2006 by the Bulgarian company Fair Play International (FPI), one of Bulgaria’s most respected building firms with many high-quality houses across Bulgaria. Their houses are constructed of climate-specific materials.

The Village of Sozopol

The charming village of Sozopol is 2 km away. It is endowed with an amazing history, culture, atmosphere and everything you might wish for in a sea-side village.

Narrow, stone-paved streets and the historic houses with their wooden bays invite you for a walk. It has two lengthy sandy beaches, beautiful mountains, a large marina and lots of cafés, restaurants, discos and hotels.

Sozopol is a small fishing village with 7000 residents. It consists of two areas, the old and the new city. A beautiful park and market form the border between the old and the new city. The population multiplies during the summer when the tourists arrive and the whole village is alive.  

Bulgarian weather and nature are comparable to that of Spain and Greece. In July, the average temperature is 28 degrees and the water temperature has already exceeded 17 degrees in May.
